Hello and welcome to our Dungeon. A discreet playroom for discerning players, with guidence available for those starting out, and complete privacy for the more experienced. Whether you want to come and play for a few hours, or stay for a night or two. We are here to provide the setting for your indulgences..

Located near Hastings on the sunny south coast, we offer you the opportunity to enjoy the facilities of our well equipped dungeon. Floored in black marble, the blood red walls lend a truly Gothic feel to this room. Built in twin beam arches, complete with rings and cleats, allow ample scope for the most demanding bondage aficionados. While the St Andrews cross has efficient restraints to allow the Top time to enjoy the view in the floor length mirror on the opposite side of the room. The rest of the equipment, being mobile, can be moved in and out as you wish.

Hire also includes private use of a bedroom / changing room and bathroom. While those staying overnight get the choice of an evening meal or breakfast. 

Set in a tranquil suburban estate with ample parking. Closest mainline station is West St Leonard's.
